Refund and Returns Policy

We do our best to ensure that we only supply quality product. Please let us know if you are not happy with the product and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Bags and Bales: within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Bags: Please ensure that you have the label of the concentrate bag if there is a problem so we can identify the batch.

If we have ordered the product specially for you, we cannot take it back.

Straw Bales: We offer these bales for rental and will supply a refund of 33% of the product if returned in good saleable order. Please check that we are renting out bales, as during specific times (like COVID-19 lockdown), we stopped taking bales back for health reasons.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and return the item to us at Morning Star Feeds, 41 Zonnekus Road, Morning Star.
